Toby’s program mapped out what he needed to do…

But he didn’t know HOW to set up and execute the exercises to get the best results.

Enter “technique analysis”:

We used video to make sure Toby was doing his workouts perfectly.

We monitored his:

• Technique • Exercise set up • Exercise execution

And because of this, his form was better than it had been in years - which reduced his pain symptoms (because exercise fit his structure) and drastically sped up his injury recovery.

B) UNLIMITED ZOOM CALLS

After onboarding, we kicked off the program with a briefing call to run through Toby’s mobility assessment, training program and any topics that may have been relevant from his onboarding.

We covered:

• Questions he had • doubts and uncertainties • Clarified anything he was confused about

And thanks to this call, Toby understood the program and next steps perfectly…

We continued to have weekly calls (which then transitioned to bi-monthly calls) review progress, and covered anything that was easier to go through via video instead of Telegram.
