Toby was struggling to train hard and progress in his workouts, so we needed a training plan that would allow him to do 3 things.

A) TARGETED EXERCISE

The first things we needed to focus on were the pains he came to me with. So for the first few weeks, we ditched lower body training and focussed on the session above 3 times per week.

B) GENERAL EXERCISE

Alongside his elbow and shoulder rehab, Toby got a full body program and guidance on how he could reduce his injury risk, get quicker strength / muscle gains and move pain free for life.

So once Toby was doing the upper body workouts perfectly, we introduced a lower body session to go with it. At first, we altered or replaced exercises that could slow or prevent his injury recovery - and the workouts above are what we progressed to later on in the program.
